asked the Secretary of State for Scotland in how many statutes, applicable to Scotland alone in the last 25 years, there have been permitted fines of up to £500 or over; and whether he will circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of such statutes.

There are five such statutes. Following is the list:
