§ Mr. McKayasked the Minister of Labour whether he will publish the names of the Juvenile Employment Committee for the Gosforth and Newburn area with their occupations; the number of juveniles of school-leaving age who have 123W obtained work and the nature of the work with the educational standard in each case; the number who are not employed, with their educational standard in each case; and if he will give the same information for the Borough of Wallsend.

Of the boys and girls who left school at Christmas, 1958, in the area covered by the Committee, 135 boys and 122 girls from secondary modern schools, and 2 boys from grammar schools are in employment. Twenty boys and 10 girls from secondary modern schools are registered as unemployed.
The corresponding figures for Wallsend are 90 boys and 92 girls from secondary modern schools, and 2 girls from grammar school in employment; and 5 boys and 1 girl from secondary modern schools registered as unemployed.
