asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies how far it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to secure the implementation of International Labour Organisation Convention No. 105 on Forced Labour, within the territories of Gambia, Kenya, Tanganyika, Uganda, Northern Rhodesia and Nyasaland; and what steps are being taken to this end.
