§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganBetween 30th June last, when the Distribution of Industry (Industrial Finance) Act, 1958, came into force, and 31st October next we expect to have completed three factories and eleven extensions in those parts of the scheduled Development Areas to which that Act applies.
