§ 75. Mr. E. Fletcherasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether, in view of the difficulties confronting tenants as a result of the disappointing and unexpectedly short periods of relief from eviction that are being granted by many county courts under the Landlord and Tenant (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1958, he will introduce further legislation on the subject.
