Mr. Zilliacusasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will cause to be put on the Agenda of the Nuclear Tests Conference in Geneva the question of radio-active contamination of the water shed by underground test explosions of nuclear weapons, to be discussed with the United States memorandum on the latter subject.
§ Mr. R. AllanNo. The Conference is not discussing the effects of nuclear weapons tests.
If, however, the hon. Member is referring to explosions for peaceful purposes, the matter is already before the Conference.
