asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if the board of inquiry appointed by the Kenya Government to investigate conditions in the dock industry at Mombasa has yet made its report; and if he will place a copy in the Library when it is published.

No. The Board, which will be composed of Sir Ian Parkin and two members from Kenya, will begin work in March. I will place a copy of any published report in the Library of the House as soon as it becomes available.
