§ Mr. Llewellynasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation what plans he has for the completion of a by-pass around Cardiff.
§ Mr. WatkinsonThe Order under the Trunk Roads Acts for the Cardiff Inner By-pass was made in July last year and I am now considering with the Cardiff County Borough Council the arrangements for it to act as my agent authority for the scheme. When these discussions are concluded I shall authorise the Council to start preparatory work on the scheme.
