§ 75. Mr. R. Harrisasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, if, in the light of the British Safety Council Report on Seat Belts for Private and Commercial Vehicles, which has been sent to him, and in the light of renewed public concern in the matter, an example of which has also been sent to him, he will now set up a departmental Committee to consider and report upon the subject.
