asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation when he will now introduce a Bill to give effect to the recommendations of the Bowes Report on Canals and Inland Waterways.

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation what action he proposes taking following the publication of the Bowes Report upon Canal and Inland Waterways.
