§ Mr. BevinsMy right hon. Friend fears that this might do more harm than good, because people might easily be misled by an Ordnance Survey map which, in relation to planning, might be out of date. The only reliable way for a prospective purchaser of land to find out about restrictions on development is to ask the local planning authority.
