§ Mr. Scholefield Allenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs when Her Majesty's Government expect to sign the European Agreement on the Exchange of Therapeutic Substances of Human Origin.
§ Mr. R. AllanI cannot yet say when Her Majesty's Government would be able to sign this Agreement. We have, however, stated that we hope, whenever possible, to be able to help other countries in time of need.
