§ 12. Mr. Pargiterasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what assistance is being given by the Government of Northern Rhodesia to the investigation to be carried out by the Association of Rhodesian and Nyasaland Industries into the prospects for African advancement in industry.
§ Mr. J. AmeryI understand that the Association is mainly concerned with Southern Rhodesian industrial affairs. The Northern Rhodesia Government has neither been approached by them in connection with the investigation nor been asked for assistance.
