asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many convictions there have been in England and Wales for homosexual offences committed by consenting adults in private from 1st November, 1958, to 1st December, 1959.

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will ensure that records are kept of the number of convictions for homosexual and to what extent consideration of the question of the reintroduction of corporal punishment in this country is influenced by the existence of such agreements.
