109. Mr. John Hall

asked the President of the Board of Trade what are the reasons for the delay in the publication of the report of the Monopolies Commission on the Fertiliser Industry laid before Parliament on the 24th July, 1959; and what steps he is taking to expedite its publication.

The report is now with the printers. It will probably be ready for publication by next February.
