§ Mr. AlportThe present constitutional machinery in Swaziland consists of the European Advisory Council and the Swazi National Council. Informal joint consultative arrangements have been initiated on a defined range of subjects. The next step should, I think, be to develop and extend this joint consultation with a view to establishing, at the next stage, a joint committee or council.
