§ Mr. McLarenasked the Attorney-General whether he will recommend the provision by Order in Council under Section 72 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, 1925, that Commission Day at assizes shall be the first working day in accordance with the recommendations in paragraphs 111–113 of the Report of the Royal Commission on the Despatch of Business at Common Law.
