Johnsonasked the Minister of Transport if he will give a general direction to the British Transport Commission that, when a decision is taken to make drastic alterations in the timing of a train on any particular day, action should be taken to publicise this alteration through the British Broadcasting Corporation and the Press so as to prevent undue inconvenience to passengers.
