asked the Minister of Transport when the report of the Rural Transport Committee is likely to be received.

asked the Minister of Transport whether the Rural Transport Committee has yet heard evidence from public bodies or private persons in the Epping and Ongar Rural District of Essex.

No. No one from this area has yet submitted any evidence to the Committee on Rural Bus Services.

Mr. Speir

asked the Minister of Transport whether he will now announce the appointment of a vice-chairman of the Committee on Rural Bus Services, in view of the anxiety existing in rural areas regarding the continuing deterioration of these services.
