§ 92. Mr. E. Johnsonasked the Minister of Transport what progress has been made with the Hyde Park road scheme, and especially with the under-pass at Hyde Park Corner.
§ Mr. MarplesI understand that the preliminary works, consisting of the diversion of the complicated system of sewers, pipes and cables at Hyde Park Corner are nearly complete. The London County Council have now invited tenders for the main works, including the underpass, with the intention of starting work early in the new year.
