§ 86. Mr. Hunterasked the Minister of Transport in view of the number of road accidents and casualties during 1959, if, in the interests of road safety, and with the co-operation of the local authorities, he will organise a special national road safety campaign in 1960.
§ Mr. HayThe Ministry of Transport and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, in co-operation, are making arrangements for a major road safety campaign in 1960 designed to bring home to all road users the advice given in the new Highway Code.
