Ian Orr-EwingThe agreement covers the sale of the Admiralty-owned machinery, plant, equipment and other goods which were in the Dockyard at the time of its transfer to Bailey (Malta) Ltd.54W The purchase price is £750,000, of which a first instalment of £230,000 has been paid; six instalments of £76,500 are to be paid in each of the years 1962 to 1967, and a final instalment of £61,000 in 1968.
