§ 18. Dr. A. Thompsonasked the Postmaster-General if he will so amend the Rules as to Advertisements as to provide for Ministerial representation on the Independent Television Authority's Advertising Advisory Committee.
§ Mr. BevinsUnder Section 8(2) of the Television Act, 1954, it is the duty of the Independent Television Authority to make the appointments to the Committee. The organisations, authorities and persons to be represented are referred to in Section 8 (2) (b). There is already a representative of the Ministry of Health on the Committee.
