§ 83. Mr. Sumnerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether the Departmental survey of private streets will include particular consideration of the Biggin Hill district where, in some cases, the cost of sewerage and roadworks are unusually high owing to the nature of the district, but falls to be met by persons of modest means occupying dwellings of little value with large frontages.
§ Sir K. JosephThe survey will cover the whole country, and where any district has special problems these will be noted. The Department's attention has already been drawn to the position at Biggin Hill.
