§ Mr. Longdenasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs his reasons for refusing a public inquiry into the decision of the Rickmansworth Urban District Council to give planning permission for a block of flats at the junction of Yorke Road and Watford Road at Croxley Green, in view of the opposition to the proposal by all the councillors representing the inhabitants of Croxley Green.
§ Mr. H. BrookePlanning permission had already been given by the responsible local authority, and where that has32W happened I can intervene only if I am prepared to consider making a revocation order. It did not seem to me that the circumstances warranted this course.
