§ Mr. ErrollNinety-six Government-financed schemes have been approved so far this year and 207 private schemes received Industrial Development Certificates up to the end of October. Estimated new employment from these schemes is about 25,000. In the year 1958, 46 Government financed schemes and 253 private schemes were approved, estimated to provide about 20,000 new jobs.
