§ Mr. R. AllanInstructions were sent on 10th August last to Her Majesty's representatives in Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway and Sweden as well as to the Benelux countries, to invite the respective Governments to open negotiations on the use of identity cards in place of passports.
