HC Deb 30 April 1959 vol 604 c161W
Sir J. Smyth

asked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that samples of a type of orange squash widely sold in Ministry of Health hospitals contain only 17 per cent. of pure orange juice as against the minimum standard of 25 per cent. juice laid down by the Food Standards (Soft Drinks) Order. 1953, as amended by the Food Standards (Soft Drinks) Order, 1954; and what action he is taking to remedy this.

Mr. R. Thompson

No. But if my hon. and gallant Friend will give me particulars of any case he has in mind, I will make inquiries.
