asked the President of the Board of Trade when compensation is paid from Government funds in respect of textile machinery regarded as redundant, to what extent limitation is to be imposed upon the future export of such machinery.

The machinery will be scrapped.

Mr. Green

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will publish a White Paper giving further information about the Government's proposals for the reorganisation and re-equipment of the cotton industry.
