asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether he is aware that his handling of the Munich crash report is causing concern; and what steps he proposes to take to ensure that a full report of all inquiries held in connection with the disaster is made available to the British public.

The answer to the first part of the Question is "No."

As regards the second part of the Question, we have already arranged for the full report of the German inquiry to be published in translation and it is now available to the public. My right hon. Friend has already announced that there will be an independent review in this case and he will make a statement in the light of that review.
