asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware that the supplies of anti-polio vaccine to Scottish local authorities are inadequate and do not permit the scheme, officially sponsored by him, to be carried out; what are the reasons for this breakdown in supplies; and if he will make a statement.
