§ Mr. Bennasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what complaints he has received from the Aden Trades Union Congress about the conduct of the police in industrial disputes; whether he will arrange for consultations on these and other questions, between those officially concerned, to take place in Aden; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI have received no such complaints. The Aden Government are always ready to enter into appropriate consultations with the Aden Trades Union Congress, but I do not consider that special consultations, as suggested, are at present required.
