ButlerThe Constitutional Commission appointed in March, 1958, by the Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man, submitted its Report to him last month, and the Report has been published in the Island. It is now for those62W concerned in the Isle of Man to consider the Commission's recommendations. Meanwhile, I am not in a position to make any statement about them.
