asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will request the Federal German Government to include in their present investigations into allegations of the reappointment to judicial positions of former Nazi judges the cases of Judge Reimers, Provincial Court Judge in Ravensburg, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Judge Muhs, Senior Provincial Judge in Hanem, North Rhine-Westphalia, Judge Mohs, Provincial Court Judy in Frankenthal, Rhineland-Palatinate, Judge Hucklenbroich, Judge in Wuppertal, Judge Bannegger, Senior District Judge of Wiedenbrueck, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Judge Martin Claassen, Judge in the District Court of Wedding, West Berlin.
