§ 69. Mr. Brockwayasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies for what period it is proposed to detain the members of the Zambia National Congress in Northern Rhodesia.
§ Mr. J. AmeryNone is detained. Power now exists to maintain in force until 8th July the orders restricting the movements of certain of the leaders. It is for the Governor to decide whether, up to that date, a restriction order remains in force or not.
