§ Mr. Haymanasked the Postmaster-General whether he will make a statement on the experiments recently carried out at Redruth by the British Broadcasting Corporation for improving television reception in West Cornwall.
§ Mr. MarplesThe B.B.C. is investigating a number of sites up and down the country—including the Redruth area —to test their suitability for possible future television stations. This is in connection with their plans for improving and extending their television coverage. No decisions have yet been made with regard to the location of any particular station.
