§ 94. Mr. Lewisasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is now in a position to make a further statement concerning the Soviet Government's request for long-term trade credits, in the light of his recent discussions with the Soviet Ambassador on this subject.
§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganThe Soviet Government have made no such request. On the matter of medium term credits, I would refer to what my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade said in his speech in the Budget debate on 9th April.
