§ Mr. Walker-SmithI assume that the Question refers to gifts and legacies received by hospital authorities under Sections 59 and 60 of the National Health Service Act, 1946, and not to the investment income of the Hospital Endowments Fund, the assets of which were transferred to the Minister in 1948 under Section 7 (4) of the Act.
