Celotex Limited; what information he has about the nature of the fumes emitted front this factory; and what progress is being made with the erection of a chimney to disperse the fumes.
§ Mr. BevinsNo reports of arsenic have reached my right hon. Friend. I understand from the District Alkali Inspector, who has been giving informal advice, that the trouble seems to be caused by resinous vapours with an acrid smell. I understand that scrubbing the fumes with oil might well answer better than a tall stack, but that both solutions are still being considered.
