§ 64 and 66. Mrs. Castleasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies (1) if he will place in the Library a copy of the proceedings of the inquest on Kabugi s/o Njuma;
(2) whether he will place in the Library a copy of the proceedings against Samuel Girbu and other African warders at Aguthi Works Camp for assault on Kabugi s/o Njuma and other detainees at this camp.
§ Mr. J. AmeryI will place in the Library a copy of the record of the inquest on Kabugi s/o Njuma. The verdict in the trial of Samuel Githu is not expected until after 20th April. As soon as I can, I will place in the Library a copy of the judgment given in this case.
