§ Mr. Iremongerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to receive the final report of the Advisory Council on the Treatment of Young Offenders on the Prison Commissioners' proposals in the custodial treatment of young offenders.
§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe Prison Commissioners' proposals are at present under consideration by a sub-committee of the Council. I hope to receive the full Council's report upon them during the summer.
