§ Mr. T. G. D. GalbraithI am aware that special qualities of steel may give rise to supply difficulties whereas ordinary qualities are in ample supply. However, no instance of such difficulty has been brought to my attention in recent months. If the hon. Member has any specific case in mind I will see whether it would be possible to help.
