Mr. Nabarroasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether his attention has been called to the results of the survey carried out by the officials of the health department of Chesterfield Rural Council, which has shown that a substantial reduction of housekeeping costs can be achieved in an area where smoke pollution is adequately restricted; and what use he intends to make of this survey.
