§ Mr. Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will make a statement with regard to Recommendation 179, 1958, of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe relating to the convention on the law applicable to maintenance allowances for children.
§ Mr. Selwyn LloydI have nothing to add to the reply which my hon. Friend gave on 31st March, except to say that Her Majesty's Government have no objection to the proposal contained in paragraph 3 of the Recommendation.
