§ Mr. BevinsAt the end of last week my right hon. Friend had confirmed 52 Smoke Control Orders in England and Wales. Thirty-three of them will be in operation by the beginning of 1959 and the remainder during that year. A further 35 Orders have been submitted to my right hon. Friend for confirmation and at least another 115 are in preparation.
