§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe trial to which I think the Question refers resulted in 67W the conviction of the four accused persons. They were sentenced to terms of imprisonment ranging from two to five years. There has been a slight increase so far this year in the number of prosecutions of slave dealing and child stealing in Nigeria, but this is thought to be largely due to increased willingness on the part of the public to report cases to the police.
