HC Deb 12 November 1958 vol 595 c52W
106. Mr. Blenkinsop

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will make a statement on the Government's intentions regarding the Royal Commission's Report on Common Land.

Mr. John Hare

I am glad to have this opportunity of expressing the Government's gratitude to the Chairman and members of the Royal Commission on Common Land for their most valuable and comprehensive Report. The Royal Commission's recommendations affect many interests. A wide range of organisations representing those interests have therefore been invited to furnish their comments. These will need careful consideration before the Government reaches its conclusions on the recommendations.
