§ Mr. Lennox-BoydYes. On the second part of the Question, I explained the position of Her Majesty's Government in my reply to the hon. Member for Govan (Mr. Rankin) on 20th March. Her Majesty's Government are supporting the World Refugee Year project, which is intended for the benefit of refugees in general, including those in Hong Kong.
