§ Mr. H. BrookeI understand that recent alterations at the plant have improved matters, but the Camborne-Redruth Urban District Council is keeping the problem under review. The Council is primarily responsible in cases of this kind, but one of my Alkali Inspectors has been able to offer a number of technical suggestions.
