§ Mr. Ian HarveyMy latest information is that the approximate totals of staff serving at United States Consulates in the United Kingdom and Colonies are 155 and 762 respectively. Of these, 23 and 191 respectively are consular officers. In addition, 19 members of the staff of the United States Embassy in London hold consular, as well as diplomatic rank.
